仕事は無いのか？/ Isn't there my work?

キングダムを1話から読み直していたため、前回の更新からかなり時間が空いてしまいました。
クビ宣告から数日後、またも呼び出しをくらったのでした。
そこで、他の農場にあたったが受け入れてくれる所は無かった。という報告を受ける…
そりゃこの世界情勢で、そうなりますよねー…
可能な限り農場にあたったが、この状況下ではどこも受け入れは厳しかった…
なんやて…
まぁ、それはそうですよね。
そもそも、なんとか見つかったこのファーム。クビになってそんな簡単に他が見つかったら苦労しない。
さーて、帰国せず豪にとどまるために来たファームなのに、この後どうするか。。。
なんて事を考え黙っていたら
「しかし」
む？しかし、だと…？
品質に厳しい中国向け分は終わり、昨日から出荷先が変わった。
そして今回の件は我々としても理不尽で、こんなに簡単にクビにされた事も前例がない。
そのため、今までのファーマーにもう一度チャンスをくれとお願いした。
なんとか承諾してもらったため、君たちは明日からまた戻ってもらう。
それで良いかい？
明日からまた戻ってもらうだと…!?
かくして、クビ期間はたったの2日だけで済んだのでした。
元々戻す所までがストーリーだったのかどうかは我々には分かりませんが、結果的に理不尽なクビ→強制帰国という最悪なシナリオは免れる事ができました。
復活後はスピードより質重視で、とにかく丁寧に作るように。
加えて速い人の助言をもらいながら、結果的にはクビ以前のスピード重視時よりも速く質の高いピッキングが出来るようになり、出来高も日に日に増えていく。
これを続ければ低賃金ながら貯蓄できそうだぞ！！
と思った矢先
クビ事件から1週間後
再び事件が起こるのです…
毎週何かしら障害発生しとるやん…次回へ続く( ´_ゝ`)

I’m HigeNeat.
Hige means beard in Japanese and actually Neat describe ‘neet’ but I’m tidy person as well, so use the word ‘neat’ because it’s same pronunciation and I’m not an office worker now and it's a big difference from when working brilliant Japanese big company. discribing myself neet is a joke about my challenge to change my life drastically from usual businessman. haha

At first, I want to appologize for not updating my blog for a long time.
I couldn't write it because I've focused on reading Japanese famous comic 'KINGDOM'. If you're interested in it, please click here.
Anyway, I wrote that I got fired and our manager called us again few deys later on my last episode.
We tried to ask farmers to hire you as many as possible, but no one accepted it under such a hard situation.
So, this is the reality.
In the first place, I managed to find this farm with my friend's corporation under such a hard situation with corona viurs.
It's obviously difficult to find other farms, even for an agent.
The purpose of coming here was to stay Australia even under strict restrictions, which means I didn't want to go back to Japan and had to deal with the difficulty of getting a job caused by corona virus.
So how can I figure it out...
Everyone who was called by our manager don't speak anything.
"But"
(What? Did he say "but" ..?)
We finished harvesting grapse for China which we must keep definitely good quality and changed a destination of our grapes yesterday.
Actually, we've never fired people such an unreasonable way.
So, I asked the farmer to give you an opportunity to come back to the grape farm.
And he accepted, finally.
You'll be able to work at the same place again from tomorrow.

After all, I haven't got a job for only 2 days.
I'm not sure that reverting to us was also 'their story' to make everyone pick and trim in high quality with fear of getting fired.
Anyway, I succedded to avoid the worst scenario that I have to come back to Japan because of getting fired.
From the first working day as I returned, I've changed my way of working. I prioritised 'quality' far more than 'quickness'.
In addition, I asked few people who can work efficiently to give me some tips. Thanks to good advice, I improved both of quality and quickness of my working day by day.
If I keep improving like that, I'll be able to save money in spite of our low salary!
I thought like that, and I trusted myself that I could improve my skill, means my income will be geeting better.
However,
another problem happend just one week after I got fired...
